Led the product design from cradle to grave including simulation, testing, and implementation. This product resulted in the purchase of the company that I worked for by Intel and the launch of the Intel Sports branch.
Led the simulation design for the Boeing 787 production line in Charleston, SC. The optimizations found resulted in a 10% increase in production capacity. This has contributed to an expected revenue of $33 billion for the Boeing 787.
Managed other engineers to develop HP Pagewide Pro output bin. The result was an increase in revenue of millions of dollars through improved performance which directly led to addtional sales.
Used advanced surface modeling techniques to maximize cushioning material in the seat for the Indian Chieftan. The resulting user experience improvements drove sales that now make the Chieftain the #1 selling Indian motorcycle.
Partnered with Industrial Designers to develop all case parts and user experience mechanisms in the HP Sprocket Studio. Drove dimensional and cosmetic part quality. Early reviews highlight the outstanding look and quality of the printer. This product could help HP rebrand itself with younger customers.
Led the analysis of mirror vision and interior ergonomics for Paccar. Work resulted in millions in revenue for Paccar by meeting international regulations and assessing optimum driver ergonomics.
